I'd LOVE any help getting this resolved, as I use mail merge once a week for a very important group email. All my Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, & Outlook are up to date - Version 16.39) and I'm on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) running MacOS Catalina 10.15.6. If you're not a member and need help creating or installing your HTML email signature, consider joining Email Signature Rescue for assistance. It's been two weeks since this has been happening. If you're a member of Email Signature Rescue, you can submit a ticket to our friendly support team through your member account using the red help button. But I cant finishe a email mail merge on Word 2016 for mac, I have office as well. If you do come across any issues when using the app, please get in touch with our friendly support team. I have been a MS Outlook user for 15 year, maybe more on windows. I'm experiencing issues with the ESR Signature Installer AppĪlthough we've thoroughly tested it, the ESR Signature Installer App is still in BETA so it's possible that you may experience some issues.

Up until recently there was no way to resolve this issue, however, now you can install your email signature perfectly within Outlook for Mac 2016! Simply download our new ESR Signature Installer App and you'll be setup in just seconds. If you've been attempting to install your email signature in Outlook for Mac 2016 only to notice that you keep experiencing formatting issues, don't worry because you're not alone. My email signature isn't displaying correctly If you're experiencing any issues installing your email signature within Outlook for Mac 2016, you'll likely be able to find a resolution here. If you run into any issues during your HTML email signature installation in Outlook for Mac 2016, please see the Troubleshooting FAQ before contacting support through your member account. The Basic Guide is a simple installation which requires opening your email signature in your web browser (excluding Safari) and pasting it into your Outlook for Mac 2016 email client with the source formatting. These instructions will only work for more recent versions of Outlook for Mac 2016 as in the past it hadn't been possible to directly install a signature into the email client. If you have a html signature file then you may be able to follow the Basic Guide (Copy & Paste).
